Production manager
As a Production Manager you are responsible for coordinating the pallet production process. This is from the arrival of the individual parts to transport to the customer. You guide, coach and motivate your team to get the most out of it. You maintain work schedules, check the accuracy of production orders, monitor production processes and ensure that other production-related activities are carried out correctly. You are a real team player, flexible and stress-resistant. You optimize productivity with organized planning, resulting in satisfied colleagues and customers. If necessary, you also roll up your sleeves, but at the same timeyou keep an overview. Working hours are between 06:00 and 24:00 in shifts. You are accountable to the Manager.

Minimal MBO work- and thinking level;

You have a good command of the Dutch language and you can make yourself understood in English;
